Alt-J Announce New Relaxer Remix Album

The new remix album from Alt-J will be called Reduxer and will come out on the 28th of September via Canvasback/Atlantic. The remix edition of last year’s third album Relaxer will feature contributions from artists like Little Simz, Tuka, Jimi Charles Moody, Terrace Martin, GoldLink, Lomepal and Kontra K. Reduxer will also include the previously released remix version of ‘In Cold Blood’ with Pusha-T and Twin Shadow.

Waxahatchee Announces New EP

Waxahatchee shared a new song titled ‘Chapel Of Pines’ and announced that her new EP Great Thunder will be coming out on the 7th of September via Merge. The new single is also accompanied by a video. Waxahatchee’s latest full-length album Out In The Storm came out in 2017. Listen to the song below:

David Bowie Is Virtual

Sony Music Entertainment has decided to create an augmented and virtual reality version of the hugely successful ‘David Bowie is’ exhibition. It was live for six years, attracted over 2 million visitors, and visited 12 different cities around the world; now it will be adapted for augmented and virtual reality applications for smartphones and other AR and VR devices. The virtual experience will allow spectators to delve into the exhibition which represents years of Bowie’s design, art and performance memorabilia. The virtual tour will even make it possible to step into some of Bowie’s historical costumes. The first release is set for the fall of 2018.

MØ Announces New Album

revealed that her next record will be out on the 19th of October via Columbia Records. Forever Neverland will be a follow up to 2014’s No Mythologies To Follow and a bunch of different collaborations that MØ has been involved with, such as ‘Lean On’ with Major Lazer, ‘Don’t Leave’ with Snakehips, ‘Cold Water’ with Justin Bieber, or the most recent ‘Get It Right’ from Diplo’s latest record, with whom the Swedish artist has also collaborated on ‘Sun In Our Eyes’, the first single from her upcoming album.
